Covid 19
It is with great regret, following the Government health guideline regarding the worldwide outbreak of the virus Covid19 that the Society has now cancelled the next two meetings due to be held at St Marks Church Hall on April 9th and May 14th.
The Charity Event due to be held in the Knights Chamber in the Cathedral Precincts on April 29th has now been postponed until further notice.
Message from our Chairman.
Dear members/friends,
Following the government’s advice, I have today taken the decision to postpone all Society meetings. This includes both monthly members’ meetings and our annual charity event planned for Wednesday 29th April. This step was obviously very regretful, but inevitable.
It is our intention to re-arrange the charity event as soon as is practicable, therefore any of you who have already purchased tickets will be able to use them for the new date.
I will, of course, keep you informed as to any future developments.
